Well I'm finally getting around to posting pictures from our trip to New York the beginning of February.

We had a blast! We left Wednesday afternoon and spent a fun and very busy weekend.

Krista and I went on an adventure to find H&M while the boys went to the track to warm up. It was POURING and I got soaked!

1st Year Anniversary

Our anniversary December 19th was on a Sunday so we decided to turn it into a two day celebration. On Saturday we went to the Provo temple and did sealings, then went out to eat at Spark, and then had three wedding receptions that night. Going to the receptions was a fun way to remember our own wedding and to celebrate marriage.

At Spark we had Shirley Temples, edamame, and honey-glazed salmon

When we left Spark you could still see the smoke coming from the burning Provo Tabernacle


On Sunday we went to church then had a lazy afternoon at home and made a delicious dinner of bleu cheese encrusted filet mignon, rosemary mashed red potatoes, and asparagus

End of Fall

For Halloween I made dinner in a pumpkin. It was a delicious beef stew

On Halloween Chris and I built a fort and watched scary movies

We went to Cornbelly's with the Emrichs

Chris played on two flag football teams this fall: one with BYU and a city league team
We spent a week in California for Thanksgiving with Chris' family and we were also able to see Mikey and Adam. Unfortunately, these are the only two pictures we took the entire week we were there. :(

A Christmas post.....finally

This year we had a lot of fun putting up a small Christmas tree in our apartment and I made some Christmas crafts.
